Expanded vibrations by MARIO FLORES
Medium: multiple exposures - the red. Dimensions: A3+

About the artwork

I've started my career as musician, though I have been taking up photography for at least 15 years since I 've worked in the advertising field. I've been testing and improving a new method of shooting, based on the blurred photography and multiple exposures that I call ....expanded vibrations. I catch, focus, imagine and transfer. The photos I take, seem not like to be still motionless, rather they wish to run away from the print that caught them. The snap captures the moment but the light spread by the camera sensor seems to wriggle out. If my pictures had legs to go, they would probably walk away. Expanded vibrations (that's the way I call my work) being another improvement of the multi exposions technique, leave a pictorial and impressionist mark, besides make a dynamic movement and convey the alternate reactions of people and things movements.  My art is not due to Photoshop works, rather is optimized on a editor by Each single snap and worked out from the camera itself, file raw.
